Commixture boy band sensibilities with hip-hop influences, Rapsoul have distinguished themselves as Germany's leadership male song tierce. The group's dickens master copy members, Jan-Markus Färger and Steven Von Neumann, grew up in concert in Frankfort, drawn in concert by their commons dearest of music. As their interests turned to urban music, Färger began committal to writing knock lyrics and Neumann composed tracks. The pair formed an official couple, Dreckskind und Pechvogel (Färger taking the byname Dreckskind and Neumann playing as Pechvogel), cathartic their debut EP, LebensArt, in April of 2004.
